Another Thought
One of my tasks, when I was a photographer at the Ft. Lauderdale News, was a weekly photo column. The subject matter was always my choice.
I wrote about everything from the Diane Arbus gallery show in West Palm Beach to the cinema style and staging of the Martian Chronicles television series. Arbus scared me and I loved it. Rock Hudson scared me and I’m not sure why.
Things have progressed to the point where I now write a newsletter (actually three) every day.
I’ve made a lot of photos in my life as a photographer. Almost all of them have a story to go with the moment and I hope to get as much as possible onto the page.
The trouble is, I don’t remember making the photo above. It’s in my Flickr archive and in a local archive. Wish I could remember so I could tell you about it.
If the idea of hearing about a life of photography, when I can remember it, is appealing please subscribe and tell others to subscribe.
