Storytelling is perhaps the greatest challenge in this rapidly changing landscape.

I often tell people to wait three days after a major news event before trying to figure out what happened. Photographers don’t have that luxury. There isn’t waiting.

The photos made today will still be as powerful in three days, or a week, or months, or years. Our perspective on them may change but the photos don’t.
