Garry Stuart documented the Rockabilly scene in Swindon, capturing the energetic atmosphere of live performances and rockabilly dancing. He photographed the band The Polecats at The Greyhound pub and sold prints to the rockabilly kids at The Tartan Cafe. He also photographed the notorious Meteors gig, known for their psychobilly genre, and faced challenges in capturing the intense moshing environment.
Stuart later shifted his focus to studio portraits of the local Goth community and motorcycle racing photography. He continues to photograph the 50s-style rock 'n' roll crowd, including their American cars, hot rods, and motorcycles.
